Instructions to apply the decals and the best way for the best result :

Dear Modelers, most of us applying decals seems to be acquired over the years, however, beginners or experts, I invite you to read and follow the tips below to ensure knowledge of the rules of the simplest in terms of decals.

IMPORTANT!
Firstly all the decals today are no longer those of the past or the application was closer to the tiling than films.
The decals included in this set were designed by computer, and from conception I give special attention to the consideration of forms and volumes of the model for which they are designed.
They are printed with the latest technologies that meet the specific characteristics of the modeling.

APPLICATION: (The placement of decals requires patience and calm)

1 - Preparation:
Pour warm water in a shallow pan with sloping edges
Make sure the area where the decal will be applied is clean and glossy (a decal placed on a matt surface has a poor performance and a slimy appearance).
Check the position and need to perform any work on decal during application. (Is that another decal must be placed before?)
2 - Diving:
Cut the decal with its support, taking care not to cut or scratch the adjacent decals adjacent, then place it in water between 10 and 20 seconds depending on its size. Then remove it from the water still kept on the support (The decal must not leave its support, if that's the case, slide it on top with the utmost attention!)
3 - Positioning:
Wet generously the receiving area, put the decal and its support ON its final position, then gently remove the support by sliding it under the decal. (Depending on the situation, especially for large decals, it is recommended to remove the support by a narrow side (short side or corner) of the decal and hold it in position by a larger side to the opposite of what point).
Once the support removed (do not throw, keep it!), Make the necessary adjustments to the positioning of the decal, by sliding uniformly over the surface always VERY wet, even when wet (there is never too much water, it is the key to moving without tearing/cracks).
4 - Lock position:
When the decal is correctly positioned, remove the excess water on the surface with paper towel around without pressing, then take the support previously collected for use as a "squeegee" from the center to the corners, first to remove any air bubbles under the decal, and then water, then to level the surface of the decal to the edges and corners.
5 - Finishes:
It is only when placed permanently dry (30 to 60 minutes after placement), a softener can be applied if necessary on the decal without touching it, to fit and fill to the structural lines and paint imperfections (it can be repeated up to three times)
6 – Varnish:
To seal the decals, it is recommended to varnish the model (so far it is still gloss, see Step 1), in Gloss, Satin, or Matt as seem the real aircraft (Glossy or matt aircrafts become typically satin after a few years of flight).
