This F/A-18F Super Hornet was specially painted for the centuary of the American Naval Aviation on 2011.
The futurist "Digital" camouflage scheme represent the US Navy uniforms, While others Navy aircrafts received historic camouflages, like on the beginning of 20th century, the pacific war, as far as the Vietnam war.
Flown by VFA-122 "Flying Eagles" on Lemoore NAS in central California, this Super Hornet didn’t kept unseen on the events where it took part through the USA from October 2010
